Reporting to the Associate Director, Brands, you will join the Crizal brand team and be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day marketing support and executing tactics to support the growth of the Crizal brand. This will include functions such as managing budgets, developing marketing materials, serving as the liaison between the Crizal brand team and trade media and event activations. In addition to the basics described under The Requirements tab, you will need:
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • An outgoing personality and comfort in engaging with various internal teams, external agencies, and interacting with customers at trade shows, etc.
  • Self-motivation and a drive for results
  • Experience in the optical, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • A creative approach
You will work remotely to start, and may come into the office on occasion. Once it is safe to do so, you should expect to work in our Dallas headquarters regularly.

More about the Role
In addition to the responsibilities described under The Role tab, you will:
  • Support the Crizal Product Manager and Associate Director to execute targeted Crizal programs and promotions
  • Work closely with the training team to develop training content for internal sales teams and eye care professionals (ECPs)
  • Create ECP-facing marketing communications and marketing materials leveraging assets provided by the Global Marketing Team (GMT)
  • Budget and control expenses
  • Provide support on new product introductions and product discontinuations for the Crizal portfolio
  • Collaboratively work with agency and outside vendors to develop customized branded content that supports and aligns with brand voice and character (social media, PR, website, CRM integration, in store collateral, etc.)
  • Travel as required (and assuming it is safe) to meetings, trainings, and trade shows
  • Conduct special projects as assigned
