  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management & HR Operational Excellence, you will be an individual contributor, and you'll have support from a shared HR Analyst. You'll lead all talent programs and provide subject matter expertise across the organization. Your responsibilities will fall into four key areas.

In overseeing the annual review process, you will co-facilitate with HR business partners in the field, guiding them through the process, providing training on the process to HR and managers, creating new data review files, and more.

Managing our top talent program will involve interacting directly with those identified as top talent to ensure that their aspirations are known to their supervisors and HR, ensuring they have individual development plans in place, monitoring their progress, and more. Quick question for you - click here

You'll interface with the Essilor global talent team, both in corporate headquarters in Paris and around the world. There are specific corporate programs in place, and you will execute them as directed. In general, these programs are limited in scope, so you will tailor them for local implementation.

To establish the best talent metrics to track (promotions, progress of top talent, etc.), you'll work with various HR teams, such as Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Services. You'll also ensure that the metrics are monitored, reported and used to best advantage.
