As Product Manager, you will connect this audience to their next step on their journey through multi-faceted pathways. You will prioritize work against clear outcome-oriented goals, discover and validate real customer and business value, and install processes that are needed to reduce the uncertainty that the product will succeed in the market.

A key pathway currently in our portfolio is the store locator. The locator connects consumers who wish to book an appointment with an eye care professional or to make a product purchase with a network of partners. The scope of the role entails:
  • Owning the store locator, its full utilization, and the deployment of these store locators across our web properties
  • Owning our core content platform, allaboutvision.com, and all content enabled experiences
  • Owning the project roadmaps in order to define creative, high quality, and simple services based on elevating consumer experience in alignment with strategy
To meet your goals and responsibilities, you will be expected to continuously learn to ensure optimization of the store locator to begin with, but also to go beyond the store locator module as we expand our toolkit.  Quick question for you - click here

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Owning and delivering KPIs around store locator utilization (consumer traffic, engagement, conversion)
  • Ensuring our customer can efficiently find the product information and availability when they need it - optimization of customer experience
  • Owning the locator, AAV and content experience roadmaps (functionality enhancements, global deployment)
  • Coordinating with IT, Product Owners and other Digital Acceleration stakeholders on implementation
  • Identifying initiatives and running these initiatives as projects while keeping budget targets, and reporting on their efficiency
  • Defining creative, high quality, and simple solutions to elevate the consumer experience in alignment with strategy
