  • Create, maintain and optimize standard business solution requirements and other related documents pertaining to business solutions.
  • Define and manage the process to gather high-level functional requirements and business process documentation in support of the Investment Intake process.
  • Lead the discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Serve as a key advisor to Commercial and Functional leaders on solution design, development, and alignment with overarching business strategies and goals.
  • Manage the communication and coordination with the various business units, and both internal and external functions during the requirements and solutions process.
  • Provide business oversight for the solution development work-stream to ensure the proposed solution meets documented requirements.
  • Timely and effective communication to management on solution risks and development of mitigation strategies.

Those who excel at Essilor truly enjoy the dynamic environment and remain agile and able to pivot where required. To be successful in this role, you will be a personable and approachable team player who is comfortable in front of others, including leadership, and who can look at processes from a high level but also delve into the weeds.
