Reporting to the Order Entry Supervisor, as Product Returns Clerk, you will be responsible for processing lens and frame returns and issuing credits. You'll use your judgment to assess individual returns, independently examining frames and using our Finishing staff to evaluate powers other technical issues. Each return will be entered into our proprietary system by code, along with remake orders. We use 150 different codes, though some are used commonly, so attention to detail will be important. 

Specifically, your primary duties will include:
  • Validating and coding remake orders with the appropriate discount amount and remake code. Reentering jobs in the lab management software system, if required  (90%)
  • Invoicing credits for lens returns and frame returns (5%) 
  • Conducting outbound calls regarding remakes or credits (5%)  
  • Other duties as assigned
You will share the workload with one other Product Returns Clerk but will work independently on your returns throughout the day.

Note: We care deeply about the health and safety of our employees and have strong COVID protocols in place including stringent cleaning practices, temperature checks at sign-in, masks and distancing. Additionally, the building is locked and requires employees and visitors to be buzzed in. There is no unchecked flow of business traffic.
