• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, MIS or another related field.
• 5 to 7 years of project management experience supporting system implementation, integrations, etc.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in full SDLC systems/software development and implementation or a comparably complex technical area.
• Experience implementing/deploying 3rd party and custom tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Planview (ideally), Clarity, etc.
• Experience with enterprise software, Oracle and SAP (ideally), SFDC, TIBCO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google Docs.
• A structured approach. Experience with waterfall is a strong plus.

The Project Management team currently works remotely. Once it is safe to return to the office, we will evaluate options. Once it is safe, you also may travel overnight up to 20% of the time.

You will report to the Sr. Director, EOA IT PMO, and join a team that includes several other Project Managers and a Planview Administrator. The team also coordinates with PMs dedicated to specific functions, such as supply chain and finance, as well as with the EssilorLuxottica global Project Management Office.

You will provide project management for waterfall development projects and manage PMO administrative tasks such as capital reporting, status reporting, project deliverables and timelines. More specifically, you will:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects, such as meetings, tracking, reporting and UAT, of one or more technology development or implementation projects, or multiple small software development projects, from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal business owners.
• Facilitate initial business requirements gathering and other necessary meetings with business analysts, product owners and end users.
• Create standard weekly and monthly project status reports and documentation.
• Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope change requests for all development activities.
• Manage and report on budgets and progress on projects on a weekly basis.
• Drive project deliverables and decisions to completion.
