To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Tech Suite Inside Sales Representative opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (i.e. 4 years’ experience working in sales, inside sales or similar).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets and other goals. 
  • Solid computer skills including:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfort in establishing relationships; persistent and gracious on the phone.

Your Role

As Inside Sales Representative, your mission will be to help further accelerate our growth by selling technical products and services, primarily through the engagement of Eye Care Practices. You will manage the entire sales cycle from engaging and qualifying iECPs to providing technical expertise to negotiations and closing.  You will:
  • Monitor and analyze changes in the market, competitor activity and customer base, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Partner with other channels' outside sales teams, virtually, to identify and gain an in-depth understanding of account opportunities.
  • Manage lead generation through multiple channels and programs, engage with and close new client relationships.
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
  • Determine each prospects’ unique business needs, and position ECP Practice Solutions Group solutions to meet the prospects’ priorities.
  • Showcase solutions and demonstrate by presenting the solutions’ value proposition, modifying your communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Influence multiple decision makers and key contacts to achieve sales.
  • Position yourself with multiple organizations via phone, e-mail, networking, events, and utilizing Internet information sources (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Promote continuous process improvement to automate software to create efficiencies in the sales pipeline.
