As a senior reporting analyst, you will support the commercial organization by serving as a trusted advisor to the Sales Ops team and regional sales executives. You will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly standard reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting and analytics, including sales analysis of customer level performance, product mix, customer churn and more. The reporting and analysis you provide will support the decision-making process for a variety of projects and feed commissioning processes. Additionally, you will be deeply involved in the Data Management and Reporting program contributing to the deployment and support Essilor of America's Single Source of Truth and data visualization platform (Qlik Sense).

Daily, you will interact with Sales Operations, serving as the liaison, working heavily with sales analysts and adapting data to meet the needs of projects and other applications. Specific duties will include:

• Managing reporting processes (Lab KPIs, SAMs 7 KAMs reporting, Gain & Loss) in order to support the Sales organization's needs
• Providing sales analysis while assessing performance against regional goals
• Providing customized reporting and recommendations in support of on-going business decisions
• Troubleshooting data
• Developing a strong understanding of our internal data structure and sources
• Utilizing multiple systems and platforms to create and maintain data sources to be used in reporting, analysis and modeling
• In coordination with the other team members, understanding business requirements very clearly then translating them into applications, KPIs and dashboards
• Being involved in all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle, from the initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation
• Developing interactive/dynamic dashboards with Qlik Sense
• Mentoring team members and promoting self-service analytics
• Providing support to users in order to best use the Qlik Sense platform
• Training users and super users in using the new reporting eco-system
