Reporting to the Business Integration Manager, you will support post-M&A financial integration initiatives of newly acquired businesses at Essilor of America (EOA). Working closely with Integration Leads, you'll be responsible for general coordination / project management during finance process integrations and completing the necessary manual pre-work ahead of integration setups. More specifically, you will:

• Manage the integration process from initial integration plan, with defined timelines and deliverables, to execution of on-boarding the entity into the shared service process.
• Lead the execution of on-boarding acquired entities into Essilor's Finance Shared Services.
• Review non-integrated entities' current business processes and identify gaps compared to the Essilor Shared Service standard process.
• Assist with the development and optimization of procedures and controls for integrations work plans.
• Partner with functional groups (finance, HR, IT, Sourcing, Transportation) to ensure a smooth transition and to ensure the required deliverables are met in the allotted timeline.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate training between the appropriate Shared Services team and the newly integrated business units.
• Ensure the entity has proper system access and setup.
• Communicate with suppliers on Essilor's business requirements and gather the necessary information required for vendor setups.
• Communicate with appropriate teams on issues with integration and areas of non-compliance. Work with key stakeholders to find resolutions so the integrated business unit’s needs are met promptly.
• Provide post-go-live support to the newly integrated entity.
• Handle other duties as directed by Manager.

We're looking for a professional who is detail oriented, strives for accuracy, and is able to manage a body of work with many stakeholders. Essilor is a flat organization and there is not a lot of red tape. Hopefully, that kind of environment appeals to you, but it also requires a certain approach.
