To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Senior Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Acceleration opportunity, you will have:
  • An undergraduate degree and 4+ years of experience in marketing, OR a graduate degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing, working with a sales team OR direct sales experience
  • Demonstrated strong marketing skills
  • A high level of comfort with technology and a desire to explore potential applications of technology in marketing
  • PC literacy including Google Workspace as well as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A background in in-store merchandising or digital product management is strongly preferred

  • Experience influencing marketing partners is a plus

Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Acceleration, you will join a team of three that leads portals and applications that engage independent eyecare professionals and consumers. You'll be responsible for supporting the Commercial Marketing team and ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives. The role includes working closely with agencies and freelancers, and partnering with the sales and global marketing teams to support product launches and other key initiatives.

You'll divide the majority of your time among five key areas:
  • Supporting independent eyecare professionals' practices with in-store merchandising, including posters, tent cards, etc., to ensure their patients choose Essilor's premium lenses
  • Assuming ownership of the LensSelect™ app, shown in the video above Quick question for you - click here
  • Managing in-store streaming video, including managing content to ensure it is current and comprehensive
  • Serving as project manager for cross-functional teams regarding product launches and other key initiatives from a commercial marketing perspective
  • Supporting other commercial marketing projects, such as channel marketing
More specifically, you will:
  • Write creative briefs and direct agencies and outside vendors to develop customized branded content for product launches and awareness campaigns (demos, digital and printed content, apps, etc.) ensuring successful and timely implementation
  • Build relationships with global team with a high sense of ownership
  • Gain alignment and approval from key stakeholders to ensure brand assets are accepted, flawlessly executed and increasingly digital
  • Confidently communicate with sales
  • Work with partners, analytics team and agencies to measure and report results on projects and pilots
  • Ensure legal compliance with all plans, programs and initiatives
  • Meticulously track and report budget
  • Contribute actively to the Marketing Team
  • Conduct special projects as assigned, partnering closely with product and consumer marketing teams on product launches and key initiatives
