Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Managed Care Business Operations and Analytics, you will serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for ensuring the health and maintenance of solutions developed for all managed care programs. You will be the fifth member of a small, critical team central to the success of new program implementations and systems integrations.

Working closely with your supervisor and other members of the Managed Care Account Management team, as well as cross-functionally with IT, Lab Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business units, you will support Managed Care accounts as you work to ensure the effective implementation and on-going support of new solutions. You will touch every part of the process as we build new programs, including managing a plethora of tasks from working with account managers to gather initial information to interacting with IT on integration and testing of multiple systems to ensuring Customer Service has the proper training and staff to provide the required program support. More specifically, you will:
  • Function as a subject matter expert in defining, designing, building, testing and deploying business processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving business practices for efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with Program Associates to successfully complete all action items required for new projects and launches.
  • Work in collaboration with the Information Technology team in establishing methods to identify and implement policies and procedures that support data quality standards.
  • Develop and execute customer service and lab operations training program.
  • Oversee the customer product catalog update to ensure accuracy.
  • Work with Essilor Central Support, Customer Service, Lab Technical Support, VisionWeb, Supply Chain, Distribution, and IT to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all jobs and that the SLA is being met.
  • Own production issue log and coordinate resolution of process and/or order delivery failures; escalate to management when necessary as defined by SOPs.
  • Perform standard operational tasks as assigned by Senior Program Manager
  • Assist with managing the sourcing of frame cases to support Versant program in coordination with the Senior Program Manager.
  • Work with frame case vendor to build and maintain a depletion report to proactively identify any stocking issues.
  • Research, compile, and analyze existing statistical data for managed care programs.
  • Conduct analysis and produce reports that address issues relevant to technical and operational issues.
  • Perform all system audits to ensure data integrity and report to management of any concerns.
  • Perform other duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
