To excel in this role you'll need high energy along with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strategic thinking and vision will be essential, but just as important will be your ability to take charge and make things happen. At the same time, a bull-in-the-china-shop approach won't work here. You'll need to influence and motivate people to buy in on your ideas by showing them why it's the right thing to do.

If you're the person we're looking for, you are proactive about moving the needle.
