The Requirements

To be a good fit for the Utility Float - 2nd Shift opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in manufacturing, labs and/or optical processing, which may include any or all of the following:
    • Team or project lead roles.
    • Training roles.
    • Distribution and/or inventory roles.

  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction and decimal sequencing.
  • The ability to troubleshoot machinery as needed. 
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
You need to know:
  • This position requires that you stand and walk for the duration of any shift.
  • You may work with and around chemicals.
  • Some work areas may be wet and/or dirty and or have a strong smell.
  • You'll need to be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. to waist height on a regular basis.
