Reporting to the Brand Specialist Manager, you will be directly responsible for driving growth in branded categories through all channels, including Essilor of America (ELOA), Partner Lab Group (PLG), and Essilor's Independent Distribution Division (IDD). Your high-reaching mission will be to consistently achieve established national sales goals through the direction, organization, coordination, and development of Account Executives and IDD Sales Representatives, and through direct customer interactions.

You will take ownership of your territory, including a strong account base and ample growth opportunities, and run it as if it were your own business. You'll spend approximately 60 to 70% of your time on account management, including serving as a Brand SME and influencer supporting Account Executives and Sales Representatives managing their own books of business. Your remaining time will be spent generating new business by working directly with customers, particularly in the IDD channel. 

Specifically, you will:
  • Develop strategies to drive branded growth within your territory
  • Execute individual objectives based on the business plans of the Essilor Brand Group, and by influencing Account Executives, IDD Sales Reps and customers 
  • Achieve the National Brand group sales forecast  
  • Be responsible for sales unit volume across channels
  • Coach, develop and provide sales support to Account Executives and IDD Sales Reps 
  • Ensure Account Executives and IDD partners are complying with the necessary territory and account planning activities to achieve regional sales goals 
  • Assist the District Sales Manager, Account Executives and IDD partners in building key accounts business plans 
  • Coach the District Sales Manager, Account Executives & IDD partners on selling processes and ensure that they use the process to achieve regional sales goals  
  • Work and generate leads to build your network
  • Complete reports and other administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
  • Meet or exceed the standards set forth in the Essilor “expectations” position evaluations
  • Always represent the company in line with stated core values
  • Create a safe work environment through awareness and adherence to proper safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Specialist Manager and National Director, Brands.
